I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. The dining options, especially dinner, were top-notch with delicious food that made each meal an event. However, I did find a couple of areas to improve, like the maintenance of the spa facilities and a slight delay with our afternoon tea service.
